Texas Cookie

A group of friends got together to make cookies last week and I just had to brag...

The Texas oatmeal raisin chocolate chunk cookies (right) clearly blew away the Colorado sugar cookies (left.) Cookie quality is just one more evidence that Texas is awesome. ;)

    and I was in shock because the taste was very close to what we call Gurayeebah! ( a traditional small cookie ) And I have to say that the Colorado’s also looks like Gurayeebah but I’m not sure about the taste part. Nathan can you please post the recipe of Texas cookies?
